Crown Chakra
The Sahasrara Chakra is located at the top of the head and is also known as the Crown Chakra. Sahasrara is the final of the seven chakras. It creates a strong connection with the supreme Self. The awakening of the Crown Chakra means a universal flow of energy and spiritual enlightenment. It represents a thousand-petaled lotus flower. You become the lotus flower opening us to the power of all that surrounds you.
This chakra also gives you a sense of your own divinity, the awareness that you are a soul in a human body and connected to all that surrounds you. When balanced it gives you faith, pure joy and opens your mind to the universe and above the stars.
Crown Chakra Affirmation: 'I am pure radiant light, divinely protected, inspired and guided by the universe. I am aligned with my purpose and truth.'
Mantra: Traditionally there is no mantra for the Crown Chakra, some like to use the 'HA' exhalation of light sound or 'OM'.
