Shipping Domestic

UK standard shipping.

Orders are dispatched the following working day to your purchase. It takes about 3-4 working days to receive your order within the UK. There is an express shipping option, delivery is next working day if placed before 12 pm, fees are visible at checkout for you to select from. Next day can not be guaranteed, but within 1-2 working days. Our courier for next day is DHL Express or DPD who are very reliable.

Remember to take bank holidays and weekends into account when choosing your shipping option.

We also have a gifting service, if your purchase is a gift we make it really special and take the hassel out. Our paper is recycled heavy black kraft paper with a beautiful soft sheen and a grosgrain ribbon colour of your choosing. Please select from the shop if required.

All shipments for the UK are in a brown cardboard box and sealed with kraft paper eco tape that can be recycled together in your green recycling bin - yay! If your shipment is overseas, we are sometimes required to use plastic tape for sealing, this will need to be removed before recycling your brown cardboard postal box.

 

Shipping International

We ship internationally. Please allow 24-48 hours for orders to be processed. We ship Monday - Saturday. You will receive an email with shipping information and a tracking number as soon as your package is sent. Within Europe delivery times are between 5 to 10 working days. Two weeks are estimated for packages to reach international destinations. There are some countries with emergency surcharges at the present moment, please take into consideration.

When you buy products sold and shipped from outside your country, you or the recipient are responsible for paying import taxes and duties based on the laws of the country into which the products are being delivered. We are doing everything we can in order to bring you a smooth & easy transaction, including paperless customs with DHL. However we do not accept responsibility for any delays or extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country. Failure to pay taxes or duties can result in the parcel being returned to us by the courier company.
