Know that feeling when you roll out your mat, it's your special time to breathe, to be, to connect within, to feel grounded and we just simply love it!

That is the same feeling I get when painting, it's pure joy! Kati Kaia started as sharing my joy of movement and art, the creativity of both, of immersing your soul in pure colour therapy as you dive into your practice and feel free.

Each painting takes time to develop and is an emotive spiritual expression in abstract, to bring soulful colour and expression to your heart space.

This has grown into a vibrant, artistic and creative community of art lovers, movement makers, yogis, workout warriors and everything between, welcome, we cant wait to connect!
